Fax or Mail Order

Fax and Mail Orders

These instructions will guide you to print an Order Form that you can fax or mail to us without processing any credit information via your computer. The form will include the Item(s) you wish to purchase, the item(s) price, your shipping method and cost of shipping, any applicable tax, and your mailing address so we know where to send your order when we receive it.

  1. Navigate to the product you wish to purchase
  2. Adjust the quantity (if purchasing more than one) and click on the Add Button
  3. The shopping cart page will show after adding item(s). Look for "Ways to Order" and click "Print".

    Note: You may also click "Continue Shopping" if you are adding other items, for each new item you add, you will be brought to the shopping cart page. Click "Print" after you have added the last item.

  4. Fill in your Billing/Shipping information and preferred shipping method. The asterisks denote required fields.
  5. Click on "Continue With Purchase".
  6. You will now have an order form that you may print. Please print out this form and fill in (by Pen) your payment type (labeled as "Payment By". Examples: Check, Money Order, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), The Credit card number, expiration, and signature if purchasing via credit card.
  7. Mail or Fax this order to us.
